B) This plot of land is adjacent to the sea, it is part of an olive grove, and it is within the residential area boundaries dating before 1923.

C) The solution opted for is the construction of autonomous 500 m. plots of land facing a central pedestrian street leading to a wonderful beach where one can swim.

Two of the residences will be built in each plot of land on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, and 2 residences on the first floor with big verandas covered with pergolas with bougainvilleas.

The above residences will have annexed to them a closed parking space and a warehouse on the basement of the building.
